Quick summary: Most print items are made-to-order and ship after production. Digital curriculum is delivered instantly and is non-refundable. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Shipping
Processing times
- Print books & workbooks (POD): Usually 3–5 business days to print before shipping.
- Digital curriculum/downloads: Emailed or available immediately after checkout.
- Merchandise: Typically 2–5 business days to produce.
Transit times & carriers
Domestic orders generally arrive in 3–14 business days after production. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or DHL. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
International shipping
International delivery times vary by destination and customs. Duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.
Address issues & undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Print books & workbooks (made to order)
Because our print items are made to order, we can’t accept general returns or exchanges for preference. However, we will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To report an issue: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Digital curriculum & downloads
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable once delivered (download link emailed or displayed). If you have a download/access issue, we’ll help you get your files.
Merchandise
Merch items are made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem.
Important: Review size guides and product details before ordering. Customer-selected mistakes (wrong size, color, or design) aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Start a return or report a problem
Email us at support@edgemooracademy.com with your order number, photos (if damaged/incorrect), and a brief description. We’ll respond with next steps.
Missing, Delayed, or Lost Packages
What to try first
- Check with household members and neighbors.
- Look around porches, side doors, and mailrooms.
- Wait 24–48 hours—carriers sometimes mark “delivered” early.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number for a GPS delivery check.
If the carrier confirms loss
Contact us with the case/claim number and we’ll work with you on a solution.
