Welcome to Edgemoor Academy. By accessing or using our website, products, or services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Who We Are

“Edgemoor Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Edgemoor Academy, LLC. Contact: support@edgemooracademy.com.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for its security and all activity under it.
Provide accurate information and update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3) Products & License to Use

We offer digital curriculum/resources, print-on-demand books/workbooks, and select merchandise. Unless otherwise stated, digital purchases include a limited, non-transferable license as follows:

Personal Household License: One household (parent/guardian and their children). Print for your own children only.
Upgrades: Single Classroom / Co-op / School / District licenses are available—see our Licensing page or contact us.

No Editing / No Redistribution. You may not edit, alter, translate, extract, upload, post, share, resell, or distribute the files (or derivatives) in any form. Do not remove or obscure Edgemoor Academy branding. Professional print services may print for your licensed use only and must delete files after printing.

4) Orders, Pricing, & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities.
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover an error, we’ll contact you; you may cancel or reconfirm at the corrected price.

5) Digital Delivery & Downloads

Digital products are delivered via link/email to the address on your order. Keep backups for your personal licensed use.
Final Sale: Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

6) Production, Shipping, & Risk of Loss

Most print items are made-to-order. Production and transit estimates on product pages are not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery scan to the address provided. See our Shipping & Returns page for details and steps if a package is delayed or missing.

7) Returns & Refunds

Digital: Final sale once delivered.
Print-on-Demand Books/Workbooks: Because items are made to order, we do not accept preference returns. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect—contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Merchandise: Made to order. We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted; customer-selected mistakes (e.g., wrong size/color/design) are not eligible. Report within 7 days with photos.

8) Acceptable Use

Do not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape content, or interfere with site operation.
Do not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

9) Intellectual Property

All content (including text, images, graphics, PDFs, and trademarks like Edgemoor Academy, Edwin, and Sophia) is owned by or licensed to Edgemoor Academy and protected by IP laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred. You agree not to use our marks without written permission.

10) User Content (Reviews, Comments)

By posting reviews or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content at our discretion.

11) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms for payments, fulfillment, and apps. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

12) Educational & Informational Disclaimer

Our materials are for educational use and general information. We do not provide legal, medical, tax, or psychological advice. Homeschool law varies by state—always verify requirements with official sources.

13) Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or that defects will be corrected.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EDGEMOOR ACADEMY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL/ DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR MATERIALS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Edgemoor Academy from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [New Jersey], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in [New Jersey, USA].

17) Changes to the Services & Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

18) Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms (plus policies referenced here, like Shipping & Returns and Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
